Slow Motion
What is slow motion ?
the action of showing film or playing back video more slowly than it was made or recorded, so that the action appears much slower than in real life.
This week in class, we used our knowledge of camera's learnt from the first week, to produce our own slow motion film. I was partnered up with Molly and we decided to film Molly running up the stairs, we thought this would be good to capture human movement slowed down because it would something realistic look unrealistic in movement.

I have used Adobe After Effects for my Pixilation project, however, I've never used it for slowing down clips. I had to look at the Youtube clip below to help me slow the footage down
The video below shows the final product of mine and Molly's slow motion film. Overall, I think the film turned out really good, I'm glad that I know how to edit videos on Adobe After Effects. However, if I were to change anything about this, I would have made more than one slow motion film, as the one I've got is very short.
